1000hp.... yeah probably not even close. Never know I guess, but without knowing the hard parts on it, can't really even guess. There are very few 7.3's pushing 1000hp. VERY few. All done with nitrous too.

Still would be bad **** having a built up excursion. There is a member on PSN who had a pretty good built one and was putting twins on it (6.0) and huge sticks. Not sure what happened but I know he had a ton of the parts up for sale.

There is also a 2wd drag excursion being built using a DT360 motor...

 

Here are the specs on the engine, I say it's doing about 800hp w/ no nitrous.

Quad cab long bed. Metallic Blue power everything. Truck has a new 15" all spring lift by Carrier Spring Service of Canada. Sitting on Brand new 44/19.5/16.5 Boggers with 12/16.5 Mickey Thompson Classic 2 wheels. Engine makes around 1,000 HP. everything custom. Built over summer '08. custom tune chip by swamps, block still has a 2 yr warranty. Crower rods, Aries .030 over pistons, re ground cam, tandem HYPO'S, stage 4 injectors 425cc, Kevlar head gaskets with fire rings, ARP stud mains, rod, and head bolts. Twin Turbos, 2 FASS 95 fuel pumps, Stainless braided lines on everything, gauges, ATS converter, pan, new ATS 4R100. complete sound system Clarion DVD head unit, screens in head rests, 4,000 watt MOJO amp by Memphis, 4 12" M3 subs by Memphis, PS2, and many other add ons. call for more details too many to list. stock 4.10:1 gears, new longer front drive shaft, Stainless braided brake lines, electric vacuum brake pump, ultra light 2 silver gauges 1600 egt, 100lb and 60lb boost gauges on a pillar, 30lb vacuum gauge under hood, Skyjacker nitrogen shocks with matching blue boots dual steering stabilizers, blue interior, custom 5" exhaust with crankcase vac system, the turbos are 4 borg warners machined into 2 the twins are compounded which means the big one feeds the smaler and the small multiplies. i can build over 100lb of boost. Each fuel tank has a closed loop FASS 95 pump turned up to 75psi fuel pressure to the common rail. and again all braided stainless line with Earls fittings. Truck has the Big inner-cooler with dual 16" electric fans on it. Has Xeon blue head lamps with new clear lenses as well as turn lamps and new grill.

 

Its not making 800hp without a filled block, or a partial fill at least.
