Default 2000 Ford Excursion 7.3 Runability

have a 2000 ford excursion 7.3. when it gets hot it starts bucking and acts like its running out of fuel. Can stop and drain fuel filter, restart and 8 out of 10 times it runs ok. Lift pump does not run all the time and was not sure if that was the problem or something else. It has New lift pump. New TPS. New fuel filter. Cleaned IPR and connection. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Just wanted to answer my own question in case anyone else has this problem. It was theixing chamber located in the fuel tank. There are two filters in side it and you could not see through either one of them. Did the bypass modification and it runs great. Picked up about 2.5 miles per gallon pulling our race trailer after fixing the problem.
