rear tank fuel lines

Were can i find the rear fuel tank fuel lines that run to the selector. Im thinking that after i replaced the tanks that 1 of the lines is sucking air in and making it seem like its going to run out of fuel.. thanks Joe

Can i just replace the half metal/rubber lines to just rubber lines ??
