Default 7.3 turbo dies when reved up

Hey guys my 7.3 runs strong and idles smooth but when it's run over 1600-1800 rpm it falls flat on it's face unless you feather the throttle down. The ip and injectors are under a year old and the lift pump and fuel filter is only about 6 months. Looked for leaks in any fuel lines and was unsuccessful. Any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated

I went ahead and changed the lift pump this morning and nothing has changed I would assume I'm getting enough pressure from a new pump but I can try to find a gauge to make sure

Went ahead and pulled the injector pump cause I couldn't find anyone to test it one the truck. Took it to the local diesel shop it tested bad so I'm getting it rebuilt and hopefully thrown back in the ol truck pretty soon
