looks like quit the transformation. I bought a 93 Ford F150 4x4 4 speed/od for a driver, im gonna put some attention to the body. How hard is it turning the 1/2 ton into a 3/4 ton? because i have access to the 3/4 ton 4x4 gear as well. Id want to do all that before i go powerstroke. If not even a cummins which seems the more logical way to go

i wouldnt put 3/4 suspention under it. find a 1 ton to put them under. much easier and stronger.

But the 3/4 ton is basically gonna be given to me as a throw in with the box im puchasing. I dont need 1 ton capabilities, dont even really need 3/4 but just want it

not worth it. belive it or not the factory 1/2 ton front end WILL hold up the diesel, just cant take that much abuse. balljoints will be the first to go out.

I have a ttb in my ruck and all I have to say about them is they suck. U joints are a pain in the butt to replace and if you switch to bigger tires you have to have tyhe camber adjusted.
