Friend of mine bought a 91 7.3 non turboed truck and it was running fine broke down on the highway and now the fuel tank is pressurizing up and blowin fuel out any ideas?? I'm not much on ford tech

tank is pressurized? never heard that one before. unhook fuel line going to the lift pump on pass side of block. run new line into a 5 gallon fuel container full of fuel. bleed air and run the truck. if it still pressurizes, then something is way wrong. on the back of the intake on driverside is the return line. check and see the pressure coming out of that line.

also make sure the fuel tank vents arnt clogged.

sounds like tank vent line is pinched..... made that mistake....
