Default Exhaust brakes

I was wondering if anyone on here has installed any kind of exhaust brake on their IDIs. Any info would be appreciated.

many have talked about it, none to my knowlege will do it. all scared about floating valves.

Bump
What would happen if it floated the valves? Would it be severley detrimental to the engine health?

valve to pistion intercourse. sounds like a good time, but no fun.
