Default over heating my 7.3

i just bought this truck but ive 4 just like it and i know my way around them to a certain point... the man said it had overheating problems i put a new radiator hose in on it and topped off fluids.. the batteries were low so we pull started it... runs rough wont idle and overheats quick... within 2 min.... radiator and hoses had a ton of pressure... possibly head gaskets??

i'd say headgaskets. look for fluids runnin down the side of the block to tell you the definite one. you might not have any but i had oil all down the side on my 6.9
