Default Exhaust temp's

Blew a head gasket on the #8 cyl. Tore motor down to replace, and the head was cracked between the valves on all cylinders. Motor only has 170000. Got 2 new heads for the truck and put it back together. Runs great except for now the egt's run at about 750 @ 70mph as to where they were only 600-650 before at same speed. I turned down my IP 1 flat went for a run and still @725-750. I turned the IP down another flat and still between 700-725 at 70mph.The only thing I changed was heads and gaskets. This truck has a banks turbo kit and has never ran that high of EGT's. Is this normal or high. Maybe the #'s before were low because of coolant in the exhaust. I've had the truck for over a year now and it's always "streamed" out the tailpipe. And from looking at the head it's had a bad headgasket for a while. So my question is 725-750 high egt #'s at 70 mph or are they normal? I don't want to turn down pump anymore, it already feels like its lacking power.

That sounds good then. I can turn the pump back up a flat or two, to give me the power back I'm missing so much. I just noticed that the turbo is not sitting all the way down on the petistole and is blowing out right on the pryometer probe wiring. I wonder if that my have anything to do with it?
