with fuelpump i presume you mean injection pump?

the IP is full of diesel but its possible that the IP doesnt suck it in, but the liftpump forced it in.

i did not toch the IP exept the top cover to check the Fuel Shutoff Sollenoid, wilst removing that top cover i could see that the IP is full of diesel. i draind it out with a piece of cloth and filed it up with injector cleaner that usualy is applied in the fuelfilter. still no result

already charged the bateries

tnx

The IP has its own fuel pump.
it is very common for fuel filters to have a manual pump which comes in handy when running the fuel tank empty by accident. (the brands I mentioned above.)
Just check again with the bottle to see fuel flow.

The FFS magnetic-valve wire is faulty. i made a bypass with a wire from the + of the battery to the FSS wich i can opperate with a switch.

i tryed to start it, but the batteries where not able to spin it round fast enough, and i guess the IP and lines are full of air so that needs to be purged out by allot of cranking and cracking each injector line a bit open.

there did came a sort of white smoke from the intake( removed airfilter)
is that a good sign?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

IT RUNS!

i just kept on cranking it with jumpleads and 2 cars.
first 1 cylinder, then 2 and finaly al 8

it does idle quite high and the automatic chocke/ CAS is off.

Drive it slowly- no reving under all circumstances!

Congratulations!!!

Change oil and all fluids!
Check the brakes for proper operation- after two years the brake pistons can be locked. Just losen the calipers and step on the brake to move the pistons out and press them back in- just a couple of times. This will prevent a locked and glowing brake disc.

Make sure to take a lot of pictures. Sounds interesting!

Back to topic:
Tell us bit more. How did the engine behave before that long storage? Any known hesitations or behaviour?

It is very uncommon that an engine has to failure at the same time with the exception that work was done causing new problems.
So we try to be a little bit analytical.

Don't expect a high performance engine right now. the engine wasn't used for two years. Everything has to break free and to find back to it's normal condition. So relax.

It seems that you still have fuel supply issues. Just redo everything step by step.
- Check the fuel lines again.
- Did you replace clamps and hoses?
- Fuel filter nice and tight?
- Also replace the injector return lines. They get hard and air leaks in.

What's the opening pressure of the injectors? Are they alredy checked for their spray pattern? I guess, this gives you trouble at the moment.

Glow plug circuit still working?Check it again! You won't believe how many times they fail
in time between.
Just do the complete checking procedure again.
