Water in oil.
#12
Ok I resealed the oil cooler, and reinstalled. That damn thing was full of all kinds of ****. From RTV to calisum deposits. Washed out the radiator with hot water and a girl named dawn. Took in for a ride and it's like a new truck. The oil pressure is up, water temp is good, and no more steam from the tail pipe. I used to get steam from the crankcase, thought it was wierd but payed no attention to it. Now I know where it was coming from and now its gone. Thanks to everyone's help and suggestions. I'm running it tomorrow with soap and water and then draining it and adding coolant and sca. Thanks again.

i had never seen a problem like this until i had an oil cooler blow on one of the bradleys i was working on... it had all sorts of oil in the coolant and it would overheat in about 15 min.... took one of our fsr's to tell me why there was no oil in the coolant... wish i would have known about the dawn a couple months ago... it took about 35 minutes of runnin hi pressure water through the system before i got everything out
