Default rad support

ok guys i ordered a rad support from parts train they sent me the support i tried to install it and its too small to fit the rad. called them up and rechecked to make sure i ordered the one for a diesel seeing the rads are different sizes. turns out i did get the right one they said would fit so after some more looking i relized the website is wrong they adervitised a 7.3L gas... NO SUCH THING!!! so i called back and tried to explain but not speeking english they had no idea what i was talking about. they called back today and told me that yes the site was wrong but they dont carry a support for my truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i flipped and told them they made me wait 11 days for the wrong part so im shipping it back. problem now where do i get a support? most sites i see try to say a 7.3 gas job? please help wanted to get this dont before turkey day.! help!

Several people have had to go that route. Cut out the bottom section of your old core if that part is still good and put it on the new core support.
