hey everyone i am putting a 4 inch tuff country suspension lift in my 1990 F-250 regular cab and i cant decide what size tires to put on it. any pics or ideas that you guys have done with your trucks? thanks
if its an f250 4x4 with the twin ibeam fron end it wont clear the 38 i had a 97 f350 with the 4inch lift which sits higher then a f250 with a 4 inch lift but the f350 cleared the 38/15.50/16 toyos but i had to trim the front bumper. id go with 36s
alright still havent got the lift on yet but hoping by next weekend... but more than likely just going to go with 36s... but now kind of leaning towards just a leveling kit with 35s? would that work and if so how would it look?
yea u would clear 35s with a leavling kit. itll look good but it depends what ur looking for. the tires will fill in the fender wells pretty much all the way. id go with the lift but thats just me. also depends on what u plan to do with the truck.
its my daily driver some pulling here and there for construction like skid loaders, sand, shingles sheetrock stuff like that... nothing super heavy about 6500 pound max, its not a mud truck or anything i just like the aggressive tire look
yea i kno wat u mean. my f250 got a 12inch lift with 39s n thats my daily driver. if u already have the lift id just go ahead n put it on. if not maby look in to a body lift. they look great if u rais the bumpers to match the body hight. and its way cheaper then a suspension lift.
