Dont know about Fords, but I put a 2wd cab on a 78 chevy and had to use a body lift because the cabs were different and the 2wd one was hittin on the TC

Cab corners are slightly different. I still got that 91 cab out in the barn Dave.

i did this to my 91 put a 89 cab on her i just went to my insurance compony and told em they said ok punched it into th computer and told me to have a nie day. if you have any questions ask i been there and done it.
