How do I replace return lines?

if it was leaking from your injector it would throw off your timing, and same with the injector line. or i would think

Did you use tools to install the o-rings or just your fingers. I used bearing grease to install mine as well. If you still have your old plastic caps, you might try swapping some of them back on as well. Sometimes the new caps aren't quite spec'd as well as the originals.

Nope, just my fingers and it wasn't the factory caps or lines. They were all the straight ones with a T fitting spliced in the line from the filter and another T spliced in going across to the drivers side. And it had a bolt in the end if the line on the driver side.
