Does anybody know who makes the exhaust tip that uses the springs to make it neutral in the air. I see them all the time and I cant figure out who makes them. The exhaust tip is hooked to the pipe by springs. I think it is a tuner exhaust tip, like you can tune the sound with different springs. Does anybody know who makes them????
