Default toy

I have a 85 f-250, 6.9 (no turbo). 4 speed man,4x4 . 4-10s. xlt body ext cab. It is my first diesel, i have it three years, it has 275,000 miles on it, i have put 30,000 of them on my self. I have driven it on long trips even drove from pa to louisiana loaded bed and pulling small tool trailer. made that trip twice round. non stop every time (**** and food break only). Last trip this past july i got 24miles to gallon, with 34.5 x 14.5 on 20 inch rims. stock engine, av speed was 80, used half quart oil. I have read a lot of good things hear. So i am now redo the entire truck, and lift it 9 at the suspention. rebuild the motor ( the motor runs strong as hell as is but i want to add the ats turbo kits) and go with 4inch ex pipe. any tips on the heads would help, going to get heavy head bolts, and the race head gasket, and i am sure i will do more once i get it a part, so any i deas would be good want to get more hp out of it, with turbo would give me 285hp.

I am going to get those studs, my friend in PA has a motor shop and is able to get a set of race head gaskets made for me.
