If you cant find one you can switch the fuel filter/water separator with an older model or new cant remember of the top of my head.
But the best place might be cheaper or more expensive is if you have Navistar International Shop around they should have them there. What ever I couldn't get at A NAPA or other Auto parts I got there, usually better quality too.

Hey Dieseldog92
Ever find a solution? I've looked EVERYWHERE, including RACOR who HAD a solution but discontinued it recently (spoke with them). Understand that the 7.3L IDI had a fuel filter with built-in water sep, but the header has different thread size. Looked extensively in junkyards for a 1988-1994 IDI 7.3 fuel filter header, but no luck. What did you do?
P.S. I know Racor and several others have EXPENSIVE several hundred dollar solutions, but I'm looking for the clever and easy quick-fix. Maybe a filter with built-in water sep for another make/model might fit? Who knows. Thanks.
