I got a new Injector Pump. I need to know about the timing. I mean as far as installing the new pump, like where the crank needs to be positioned. I have to take the old pump off but dont know about the timing marks or anything.

 

If you have taken the housing cover off for the fuel pump gear you will find a triangle on it and there is also one on the cam shaft gear. match the points and your timed. if you have not moved the cam or taken off the cover you should be fine. just put the injector pump on there is only two bolt holes and a pilot nipple and the are matched to the timing. If it runs hard just take the whole housing for and check your timing.
