I NEED HELP
no that was to you and your 5.7 diesels. im goning to get a chance to work on it thursday i'll let you know. So if its not the selenoid but its just the ball how do i fix it?
The check can get plugged up with enough trash to where the solenoid won't open it, possibly burning the solenoid out. If that happens, your injection pump don't have long to live. What you can do is remove the check and break the end of it off releasing the ball and spring. Just don't leave it set too long, otherwise fuel will get siphoned out causing hard starts and premature failure of the injection pump.
ok well heres the deal it starts now, i chcecked the celenoid and it was actuation correctly . the problem was the ball the hole wasn'tplugged but when the ball was out it worked normal started right up.
