Have a 94 7.3 idi turbo that was pouring diesel off the top of the motor, I replaced the fuel return o-rings and lines which seems to have solved the problem. I drove it 60 miles to work and back one time with no problems. It sat for about a week and the next time I started it I didn't get two blocks before it stalled! Was close to a 1/4, so I tought I was out of fuel as it usually run out at a 1/4 tank, but the same thing happened after refueling! I got a new fuel pump, but haven't installed it yet! If that doesn't fix it what are the next places to look?
