I have a 1990 f350 with a 7.3 idi non turbo, I have changed the flywheel to a aftermarket one change the clutch as well. but the friction disc didn't last very long then I changed the disc again and now it slips. the question is what would be a good clutch set up for a fair price? ive asked a few people about it around my town and they think a dual disc clutch would be best. let me know what you think.

 

I used a single mass flywheel and a 12" Luk clutch and never had any slipping issues.
