LOL.. the olds 350 .. yeah there was a PITA ... 23:1 compression ws the major issue .. I re-built 2 ... one with lower compresion pistons .. and one just under stock comp ratio .. dad was real helpful back thern .. both still run .... the major issue was HG's that failed and cracked heads ... other than that ... once we knew the MAJOR issues .. we just Modifyed a few tings and bang .. good to go .. course, there both seldom used now as the farm dosent need a truck that small any more ... but still cool to go rompin around in ... been years for me but DAD and terrie are still in contact... clutches seem to be the big issue over the last 12-15 years since the build's ..

I did end up finishing this swap. super straight forward. had a few minor bugs that had to be worked out, but ended up working great. love the zf
