why foot to the floor ? also is there a chance that with the pump being turned up a bit that i would need to adjust the timing a bit to match the pump ? as of yesterday it started fine in the garage still cold no heat but out of the wind . this am no start but i didnt try putting it to the floor going to try that here in a min to see if it starts glow plugs are bypassed and checked to be sure they are getting power no smoke . grrrr

i did the test you asked me to do and there are two wires on the ip both clicked when disconected and reconected

 

sounds like there is a chance that something is stuck or jammed ... it happens .. might need to take er in and have a shop look it over ...
