get 8 motorcraft cm5010 oring kits, pull the injectors and glow plugs, replace the orings, clean the injector cups, install the injectors to the proper torque, set the valve covers back on and crank the engine with the glow plugs out to evacuate the oil from the cylinders, test the glow plugs and install new ones if needed, fill hpop reservoir, crank the engine a bit then refill again, then crank til it starts, after it starts let it run a while and observe the injectors returning oil properly, retorque the injectors, reassemble and enjoy!
