Default No start...what to do next

I have a 1991 7.3 N/A. I recently put a new lift pump in and the truck fired right up ran for about a minute and sputtered and died. It hasn't started since as much as I've cranked. Here is what I have done:

- bled the Schrader valve
- cracked all injection lines and pushed fuel to them
- made sure the fuel filter was full
- tested all 8 glow plugs with a test light and all 8 tested ok

I see a little fuel seeping from the top of the fuel filter from what I think is the fuel heater line? I wouldn't think that would prevent it from starting though. The WTS light stays on for about 6 seconds. The temp is in the 40s. After the light goes out it clicks for about 20 seconds. I tried hooking the block heater up for a couple hours but all it does it crank and crank. What should I try next? Thank you all for your help.
