6.9 power build

6.9 power build
ok so ive searched the web and cant really get strait answers on my specific build that i want to do. I have an 86 with a 6.9 banks non waistgated setup, zf5 speed out of a 97 powerstroke. im going to rebuild it in the upcoming months and want to build a fairly powerfull but still reliable truck. this is my thinking.
1. an injection pump from a turbo 7.3 idi. like a 93-94.3
2. G or BB code injectors (whatever I can find)
3. Holset hx35 at 15 psi
My question is will the 7.3 idi pump and injector still work on my engine. from my understanding it will but i need to buy the pump and injectors asap. i want to do a stock rebuild with as little of a bore as i can with headstuds.
thanks for your tollerance.
ps. im always open to a better way aside from a engine swap. thanks

7.3 turbo pump is comparable to the dps turbo pump in cc of fuel that it can flow and BB code injectors flow more than enough fuel to light my turbo early in the power band. my setup should be good for 250-285 rear wheel horse power. thats prretty good for one of these old idi's. so in terms of gross power ya not much but net power gains are marginally high. if i wanted a cummins i would just swap one in. a year ago i sold my 05 cummins, so im fully aware of what a 'power build" is. negative coments about my plans and truck are not nessasary on this tread just weather the components list will work in a 6.9 thanks

no difference with any 7.3 pump
and BB code injectors flow more than enough fuel to light my turbo early in the power band.
no difference from any other code
my setup should be good for 250-285 rear wheel horse power.
no it will not

i have never been able to find consistant answers about dps moose or anything else. thats why i figured i would stick with oem parts and just mix and mach them. I am not after crazy numbers as far as hp and trq but i would like respectable numbers. im not into racing my truck really i have a turbo bmw for that. everywhere i look i see that moose sucks and dps rocks and vice versa. but i have read that people are putting 7.3 stuff in 6.9s and having ok luck. right now my truck is a turd and cant even haul its *** up a hill at 65mph. so i googled you and those other two dudes and found great results with dyno sheets and videos. thats what i want, not just talk about whats good or bad. so 91 dirty diesel school me in the ways of idi performance. i want to know prices of moose pump and injectors as well as a good place to get an engine rebuild kit. found some online that seem good but fill me in.
