I recently got a 85 f250 with tranny problems...i got a rebuilt tranny and a new clutch. i installed them and the gears and everything in the tranny are fine but as iam gaining speed i beleive its the clutch slipping. my rpms will rapidly go up when it slipps i let off the gas and it will catch again and i can keep going, it does it repeativly..any suggestion on whats wrong and how i can fix it??

 

does it have the adjustment on the clutch linkage rod,sometime after new clutch you have to re adjust

 

its a hydalic clutch i heard you cant adjust it..is that true??
