That is true, mine was starting hard also. I had 6 out of the 8 glow plugs not working, once I got them fixed and changed the batteries it was still cranking hard. It ended up being the battery cables were junk. Diesels pull alot of amps when there cranking.

 

Thank you everyone for all of your input and help. Sorry it has taken me so long to reply, things got busy. So i put a new set of beru gp in and have not had any problems so far and its been about 2 weeks now. I don't know what is different? I'm just glad it is starting and with no problems thus far. I'm sure if it happens again i will try some of your suggestions and get back here for more help. Thank you again everyone for all of your help!
