Well I finally made it to GCL diesel injection, after making an appointment 2 weeks in advance for injection work. I get there sit for a few hours only to have the tech report to me "you have weak injectors" weak!? So I say ok? Now what? (I knew I had at least 2 bad injectors) they told ma at time of booking they had 6 inOEM injectors for me just incase I needed them. Well to make long story short "sorry but we have a back order of 190+ injectors" wtf!? I thought they had put 6 away for me they did say they had 6, 2 weeks ago! To top it off I ordered up a FASS 150/150 only to find they wanted $900.00cnd for it and get this $500.00 to install it (idea was I buy the system and I would install it, I would do the same for the injectors but the price for them to install vs the price to purchase and install myself was vastly cheaper for them to do it!?) So as of now no new injectors no FASS system, went over NADP asked for price on OEM injectors $3360.00 for a set!!! So I asked about remans $1000.00 plus $400.00 core charge!! So I bought a big *** bottle of cleaner and dumped it in my 1/2 tank of fuel and took her out for a hard run. I will have to take her for another run, it did do some good! I might as well go after market and pick up some 40 to 50hp sticks and order up a FASS from one of the Dieselbomber sponsers! I will give CT a call as per Dr.Evil.

Well got tired of the running around, stopped at (gulp!) St.Albert DC and picked up a FCA or as they called it EFC, back to brothers shop pulled the old one out and installed new FCA. I'm not sure will know more tomorrow morning when I do a cold start, but I believe my woes are fixed!? I no longer have the hard start, she idles nice and no more "injector chatter" even when I get on the skinny pedal!!! Mined you I did remove the programmer and currently running stock program, I just want to do a cold start see how she idles in the morn. If I do need to work on the sticks, I have (which will remain a secert) access to a destroyed 05 which I can have the sticks, if I pull em or there is a local outfit that will rebuild em for $100.00 ea. Keepin my fingers crossed the FCA did the trick!!! Thanks everyone.
