Default hydro-boost problems

At first I started to hear hissing noise so i checked forums. found discussion about hydro-boost high pressure line. They talked about vinyl tube inside of hose, when I took hose off v/tube was stuck in hard line at master cylinder/fire wall. So i pulled it out with my pliers, connected hose, topped off fluid and drove. Now I have serious problems and can't find discussion on this. Once I drive truck and it warms up front brakes start to drag and will eventually lock. Pedle gets hard and is right at top. Like I was already steppin on brakes taking the slack out. AS far as I can tell it's just front brakes that are locking but not sure. If this has happened to anybody else I would appreciate hearing how you fixed it. 09 4x4 75,000 mi.
