I've been running the t6 for 15,000 miles or so now. Seems pretty good. Oil analysis showed at about 7,000 miles it was still good to keep going.

You put on some pretty good miles. Switching to syn is no problem. Which one might depend on what you want to get out of it and if spending the extra money is a concern. If you have q's about Amsoil or want some pricing, be glad to help.

Heath glad to see you promoting a good product. I had my reservations about all the synthetics and did lots of research up to the point of taking some Amsoil, BD and a couple of other products to work. Had a hole office full of Aircraft Engineers/motorheads and an ongoing debate on diesels and their magic. These lunatics had a slow night and put some of the products through their own brand of scientific {?} tests? Amsoil came thru their brand of stupidity with the highest rating? 5 smoldering engines was their standard. BD was next. I have been using Amsoil ever since and noticed an immediate difference after using the engine purge cleaner first. I change oil and filters (oil and fuel) every 7500 miles. really notice the difference when towing, doesn't seem to load or strain nearly as much on the uphills here in Colorado.

That's interesting. I'm sure there are many stories of "testing" out there.
