Default suspension options

well with all my steering shot and wanting a bit of lift and since im going ot be using my truck for work soon i really need to do something..

i want to do a 2-3" lift with no shocks (i have kyb monomax on it already)
since everything on the front ened is trashed

what my plans are is to replace coils replace control arms do a steering upgrade
replace gear box and power steering pump.. most likely replace the pressure line at the same time.

ive been looking at k.o.r.e.s stuff but i cant find any sort of place that acutaly sells it to get me prices.. plus ive heard its top notch but $$$

me and megan are both in school so spending 1500 instead of 700 would be hard to pull off with her...

what are your options and ideas

pick up a leveling kit, adjustable trac bar, poly bushings for the stock control arms and if do some manly stuff to get her to let ya buy a dss. if you really want new arms with the bushings in them i believe superlift and skyjacker both sell arms.

and uh YA kore is way expensive. i think i looked into a kit once and it was about $3000 for the starter one.

get a set of skyjacker D25 coils these will give you about 2.5 inches of lift and you can still run stock shocks as long as you do NOT go off roading. with these coils you can also run your stock control arms. but a trackbar extension is needed. you can get that at www.topguncustomz.com ......once everything is done you will need an alignment and castor set....

all of the bushings in the control arms are shot and i have one slightly bent again.. this is not a offroad vehicle.. thats what the jeeps are for. only time this thing goes off road is hwen i break my jeep and i take the truck/trailer to the trailhead.
