So what your sayin is,is that it's pretty much pointless for me to even try and fab a bypass for a hood stack because it pretty much saying "hey look at me!!"
And that's enough probable cause to check underunderneath the truck

 

i didnt mean it like that i meant as long as your not using it as an exhaust while on the street it is legal,if the cop does not have probale cause to search your truck legaly you can tell him no,having a stack is not probale cause

So as long as I'm not hot roddin it around town I should be alright..but can they get you for excessive smoke or what not..I can't afford another ticket

 

what state do you live in?that depends on your states emission laws and how much smoke does your truck make when just cruising if it buffs when ya touch throttle for regular driving your fine but if ya always leave cloud of smoke ya might wanna watch throttle and sorry its taking awhile for link iv got alot of links and stuff im still trying find it for ya

 

I live in Illinois but no its not really a coal train and I don't think we have emissions here and thanks for lookin for me I really appreciate that
