If you have to have a cat, and don't want to keep one on it, I might try finding one, hollowing it out, and putting it back on

The SO was 48 state compliant; and the HO wouldn't meet California standards, so it was 47 state compliant...the later 04.5 HO was 48 state compliant, the reason the SO was dropped.
