well, had a headlight go bad and replaced it and low beam will still not work cluster still says lamp out any suggestion the old bulb was bad .........

 

Swap your bulbs left to right and see what happens

 

You need to see if you're getting power to the socket. My take on the wiring schematics is that if the Integrated Power Module isn't supplying the voltage then it itself is at fault. It sounds like there are scan tool specific diagnostics to check this component if it is not working. You may be looking at it's replacement or reprogramming. (If they reprogram them.)
