yea i dont know why but everthing in pa is way over priced, there was a stock 2005 f250 goin for 36,000 with 40,000 miles on it. its crazy

 

If you want to save some money just travel south a bit. Same problem here in Florida overpriced used vehicles. i went to Kentucky and got a 08 mega cab laramie with an after market nav/dvd/cd/phone/all kinda other **** for 36k with 50k miles. 1500.00 in dpf removal and i couldn't be happier. I shopped around for months found some good deals in mich and wis to but didn't want to travel that far. If your area is over priced 5 or 6 hundred miles can save ya thousands. Most dealerships will quote over the phone, and if you give them an honest representation of your vehicle they stick to it. Just don't let pride in your truck make you think it's worth more, it always hurts a lil.

What options are you looking for in a truck?

 

4x4, CCLB, power windows, door locks, cruise, nothin to fancey. i dont care if it has leather or cloth seats, maybe a sun roof. i just want something to make 500+ hp and look and ride good

 

From the way the prices sound up there, you should be able to find a good solid truck down here, fly down, drive it home and still have less money invested.
If you find something you're interested in, post the info up, and maybe somebody from the board can go look at it for you. Might save you a bunch of money that you could use for mods, tires and rims, etc.

 

k i tryed autotrader.com and for 500 miles got not 1 truck around. any other sites i could use?

 

look on ebay... or google dodge diesel for sale. you should get a bunch of hits.

 

any years i should watch out for cus i see a lot of 2006+ but barley any 05's. just wondering
