Do any of you guys have the BD short shifter for the 6 spd? if so how do you like it cuz im thinking hard about getting one

Hmm. A short shifter would be interesting maybe... Hope we can get someone in here with experience on the matter.

 

Ive had several customers use these with no issues. But I have heard of a few people having issues with theres breaking. It makes a noticable difference.

 

Mine broke and since it was "out of the warranty period" I didn't get it replaced. I wasn't even beating on it I was just putting the truck in reverse. It did shorten the throw but it's still a six speed in a big truck. I never replaced it and don't miss it.

 

A buddy had one - ended up breaking it.

Mine broke on my 5 speed,not worth it and the hassles that came along with it.
