The shop was only 500ft above sea level and it was a perfect day at 68 deg. I don't think there is much to correct. Although I was only hitting 31psi 
so I think I need a new boost elbow to get higher. Like I said it is a work in progress I am happy so far but looking forward to getting more out of it. I am going back home for "Weekend on the Edge" so I will dyno it again then. I am hoping to have my 110 or better DDPs in then so we will see.
