Default aftermarket HX40 turbo question

Ok, I am looking for a hx40 to upgrade from my stock turbo on my 92. I found this one on ebay (ebay item #120513808589) I was wondering if anybody is running one of these or can give me some more info??

HX40 SUPER DRAG DIESEL TURBO CHARGER CUMMINS H40XW NEW:eBay Motors (item 120513808589 end time Jan-14-10 08:38:13 PST)

I can not say that i would feel comfortable buying a turbo from a guy named "Speedyracer-Honda"

that isn't a "Holset" for that price. it might be a chinese knockoff built to the same "specs" as a Holset HX40.... plus that one has a t-4 flange, you would then have to buy a new exhaust housing or buy an adapter..... i'd save up your money and buy a QUALITY turbo, something with longer than a 7 day warranty, most manufactures, HTT, D-Tech, Borg Warner, Bullseye all have a 1 year minimum warranty.....

I know a couple of guys running the ones from this seller:

Turbo Charger hx40 dodge ram pickup cummins diesel:eBay Motors (item 270508011457 end time Jan-05-10 21:00:00 PST)

They are knock-offs and they need to have the AFC fitting drilled and tapped in the compressor outlet.

1300 is not bad at all for a quality turbo just think of whing cheap what could go wrong buying cheap when it comes to things like fuel pressure and air pressure you always get what you pay for i would rather buy a good used hx40 than a new knock off into i am also looking into the hx40 i like it and what i can get out of it for what i have to put into it
