Just to give you an idea on how reliable they are: My FASS 150.150 was installed in 2004 and I have not seen a single problem with anything fuel related since. My pressure doesn't drop down lower than 13 at WOT on a cold day.

Now, saying that and not knowing anything about the MITUSA system a full mechanical system would be best. If you are familar with CAT then you must know a thing or 2 about the PARKER / RACOR system industrial systems out there as I've seen a number of these hanging off the side of those OTR's. They make smaller ones but I don't think they are as cost effective as the AD or the FASS systems.
