Cool Quick Question???

Alright I have a really crazy question...at least I think it is crazy. I am going to attach a picture of my intake horn. In the picture there is a hole that will accept a bolt but does not have one in it. The question is what exactly is this, and why is there something appearing to be an empty hole in my intake manifold. For starters I know that it is supposed to be there and without a bolt. I checked my buddies and he is in the same wonderment as myself. Please help!

Which truck is it on? Without knowning what your boost gauge is telling you I'd say yes it is. Most likely this is where the other owner had a boost bolt installed.

thanks, funny thing is that there is no ground bolt on either of the two trucks that I looked at. I put a allen wrench down that hole and it went in about 1/2 inch. I am plugging that hole right now. Thanks to all those who helped.
