Default 8.3 250 cummins mods

Hey guys
I have a 40 foot rv with a 1993 Cummins 8.3 250hp and I would like to get 100 more hp out of it for the hill climbs I just ordered boost and egt Gauges for it , And need to know the best way to get more hp and still have reliabilty Thanks Brad

I have the same thing in my utility truck and I bumped it up a bit. I slid the fuel plate and then fine tuned withthe star wheel... there are good instructions floating around here on how to do it. The pump is the same p-pump that is on the 2nd gen 12v 5.9. You can do all the same pump mods that you can on the 5.9, but I wouldnt get too nuts due to the rest of the drivetrain. Let me know and I can give you some more tips on it.

I love mine, and sooner or later im going to stuff one in a pickup... with a 13 or 18 spd behind it.
