I found a 97 Dodge 3500 ext. cab lb with a 12 valve for sell. The truck only has 58k miles on it and the guy wants 10K. I think its a good deal especially with those miles on it. What to you say?

I plan on taking this engine and throwing it in a 97 or 05/06 Ford and use the truck itself as a donor for my 97.
