Default 2005 5.9 Cummins valve ratle need help

I need some help...I have a 2005, Ram 2500, only 106, 000 k. Auto tranny. I started getting abnormal black smoke. Dealer replaced all 6 injectors under warranty. Runs great, no smoke. However, prior to the smoking issue I had what sounded like a valve click in the rear of the engine. Dealer adjusted the valves after the injectors were replaced and the click didn't go away. The click seems more noticable at low RPM and lower speeds (25-30mph). At higher speeds seems to smooth out (or just can't hear it anymore). It dos follow engine speedTook it back to dealer, tech checked the valve lash again and inspected the bridges...lash was good...no visible problems on the bridges.
I really need some suggestions.....I think dealer is stumped. I appreciate anyone's advice/help? Thanks!!
