This is what we used on my old '96 Ford F-250: http://www.arrowcraft.com/ This should help you out. It was a single rear wheel 3/4 ton with overloads and we got a flatbed rather cheap and put the adapters on and then came the bed. Looked pretty sweet considering what it was....
