I've been seeing a lot of seat foam issues on the 06+ seats... Ive been keeping an eye on mine lately and have noticed foam shavings under the seat when I clean... well finally today I felt the welded seam thru the actual seat cover so I pulled it of to take a look at it.... just as suspected the welded seam wore thru the foam causing the seat to pretty much fail.... Thanks Dodge!

Anyone have a idea to fix this issue? Im going to head to the dealership tomorrow to find out how much new foam is

Mine did the same thing. Plus I got an added bonus, a hole wore in the cloth.

I'm gonna have to tackle this one weekend

 

Just go to a upholsery (sp) shop and get some more foam 90probably an inch will do) and then do the carpet ifx and it should be good as new.
