Default 2001 rear leaf spring

I have been trying to figure out if the pervious owner lifted the truck of if it sits stock.

It is a 4x4 so I know its gonna sit high. The block under the spring is it stock, it does have a bump stop.

That's the stock lift blocks there. The two springs on top are your overload springs so you actually have the Heavy Duty 2500. The bump stops are mounted to the bottom of the bed I think. They are just an arm that sticks out with a rubber block on it and face downward.
