Default 2010 ram

are the 2010 rams going to have the same dpf and egr setup as the 2009 or are they going to be different setup and have to make a new chip a dpf delete kit for them.

Apparently, from what I've read, the drivetrain is the same as the previous model, so I'd assume the same DPF and EGR systems.

My understanding is they will have the dpf and egr in addition to an all new urea injection system. Could be a while until they figure out how to take it all off seeing as how long it's taken for the current 6.7.

2500 and 3500 will have the dpf.

4500 and 5500 will have urea injection.

so only the 4500 and 5500 will have the urea injection. i know the big rigs were getting the urea injection but i didn't think they would put it on the pickups.

Not to post ***** but any ideas of the 1500 CTD will be a solid axle front end? I can't seem to find any AIR Locker options on the IFS front end. Does anyone know if you can put lockers on the front end of the 1500 ?

Keep in mind also, that they are going to change the computers so that you can't chip or reprogram them starting with the 09. Might be awhile before there is something out to get around this.

There's already a work around available; just need to get the new ECM into the wild to hammer out the details... basically, just a recovery program for the ECM so it can be reborn unlocked.

Chrysler isn't making any vehicles right now so I wouldn't be to worried about it anyway, who knows when they will actually start again, kinda sucks but there isn't a whole lot you can do about it
