Default engine swap

im new to this website and so far i like it but what my question is ..... can anyone tell what it would take to swap my v-10 out for a 12v 5.9 cummins? ive been wanting one for the longest time and im tired of being a spectator. i want to be the one behind the wheel. if someone could tell me what it would take to make it happen that would be great.

NV4500HD models are used with Cummins Diesel & V10. NV4500LD models are used for all other applications.
